The personal information you provide will be kept in the database until you move out of the neighbourhood.

If you add your e-mail address to our private list, we will send you e-mail with information about the neighbourhood, from time to time. You may add or remove your name and e-mail address by simply sending an e-mail message to the ERHA Webmaster at email@ERHA-web.com, with a description of the change in the subject line. Adding or removing names and addresses is a manual operation, so the changes will take place at the next scheduled update of our e-mail address book and/or website.

We ensure the confidentiality and security of information shown on our web site by maintaining all such information on a separate server. Any other information we have regarding our members is kept on a computer separate from the web server.
