Your personal information will never be shared publicly. The exception would be if you provide your contact information on our Bulletin Board Form.
We won't disclose personal information from answers to questions on the site.
We may, from time to time, ask personal preference questions. You are never required to answer these questions. This data may be used for analyzing neighbourhood demographics, preferences and tastes, or similar "getting to know our neighbours" purposes. We may disclose this data on the site, but never with personal data assigned to the information.
However you choose to interact with our site, we will repect your privacy. ERHA will never wilfully disclose individually identifiable information about neighbours in the ERHA to any third party without first receiving that person's written (or e-mail) permission.
We may catalogue web site traffic patterns throughout the site, including identifying browser and system data. This data, with no personal information attached, may be used to improve the website.
The personal information you provide will be kept in the database until you move out of the neighbourhood.
If you add your e-mail address to our private list, we will send you e-mail with information about the neighbourhood, from time to time. You may add or remove your name and e-mail address by simply sending an e-mail message to the ERHA Webmaster at email@ERHA-web.com, with a description of the change in the subject line. Adding or removing names and addresses is a manual operation, so the changes will take place at the next scheduled update of our e-mail address book and/or website.
We ensure the confidentiality and security of information shown on our web site by maintaining all such information on a separate server. Any other information we have regarding our members is kept on a computer separate from the web server.
